We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa using trusted delivery partners such as PUDO and The Courier Guy, ensuring flexibility and reliable service. Here’s how our shipping works:

1. Shipping Methods

We provide two main shipping options for your convenience:

  • PUDO (Pick Up, Drop Off): PUDO is an affordable and easy-to-use locker-based delivery service. You can collect your order from a PUDO locker near you at your convenience. Once your package is ready for collection, you’ll receive a notification with details on how to collect it from the nearest locker.
  • The Courier Guy: For door-to-door delivery, we partner with The Courier Guy, a trusted courier service across South Africa. Your package will be delivered directly to your specified address, whether it’s your home or business, within the indicated delivery timeframe.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Standard rates apply:

  • PUDO: Offers a lower-cost option for those who prefer collecting from a locker.
  • The Courier Guy: Provides a premium door-to-door delivery service. Rates are calculated based on your location and package size/weight.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, and our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • PUDO: Typically 2-4 business days for major cities, with a slight delay for outlying areas.
  • The Courier Guy: Usually delivers within 2-3 business days to most urban areas, and 3-5 business days for rural or remote locations.

Please note that custom or personalised items may require additional processing time before shipping. We will keep you informed of your order status and notify you once your order has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery, whether it’s through PUDO or The Courier Guy. You can track your shipment online via the courier’s website or app for real-time updates.

5. Delivery Areas

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Whether you’re located in a bustling city or a remote area, we ensure your order reaches you safely. If PUDO lockers or The Courier Guy services are not available in your specific area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option.

6. Handling and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days for standard products, and within 3-5 business days for customised or personalised items.
  • Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
  • All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

7. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your delivery, such as a delay or an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@stampandbadge.co.za. We will work with PUDO or The Courier Guy to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only offer shipping within South Africa.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times, but we will keep you informed if this is the case.

9. Undelivered or Unclaimed Orders

  • For PUDO orders, if a package remains uncollected from the locker after the specified holding period (typically 7 days), it will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • For The Courier Guy deliveries, if the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the package, we will arrange re-delivery. However, additional charges may apply.
