Refund and Returns Policy

At Stamp and Badge, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refunds and exchanges policy below.

1. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on unused, non-customised products within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Customised or personalised items (such as engraved name badges or custom stamps) are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made on our part.

Process for Returns:

  • Contact us at sales@stampandbadge.co.za within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing error.

2. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality of the product, we will happily exchange it. Exchanges are also available for non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition.

Process for Exchanges:

  • Contact us at sales@stampandbadge.co.za within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
  • If the exchange is due to damage or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other exchanges, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive the original item, we will process your exchange and ship the new product to you.

3. Customised and Personalised Products

Due to the nature of customised and personalised products, such as engraved name badges and custom stamps, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless:

  • The product is defective.
  • There is an error in the customisation due to our mistake.

In these cases, we will replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund.
